Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ANAI Caribbean (“ANAI”, “we”) handles your personal information when you use jobs.anaicaribbean.com. Last updated: August 2026.

What we collect

When you apply for a role we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, location, cover note, and CV. When an employer submits a staffing request we collect the company and contact details provided. We do not collect payment information on this site.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to run the recruitment process: reviewing applications, shortlisting, arranging interviews, and contacting you about roles. With your application we also keep your profile on file so we can consider you for future roles that match — you may opt out at any time. We do not sell personal data, and we share candidate details only with the employer whose role you applied for (or, for talent-pool matches, with your consent).

How it’s stored

Application data is stored in a secured database. CVs are stored outside the public web root and are accessible only to ANAI staff through expiring, signed links — they are never publicly reachable.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your profile and CV entirely. Email recruitment@anaicaribbean.com and we will action your request within 30 days.
