ANAI is recruiting Recoveries Agents for an established receivables operation in Trinidad & Tobago. You will manage a portfolio of accounts and negotiate repayment solutions that work for creditor and customer alike.
What you’ll do
- Contact account holders by phone and written channels regarding outstanding balances
- Negotiate settlements and structured payment plans within policy
- Keep accurate, compliant records of all contact and arrangements
- Meet monthly recovery targets while maintaining professionalism
What you’ll need
- Experience in collections, credit, banking, or a target-driven phone role
- Firm, respectful negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and comfort with CRM systems
